Bell Bounce Emerging from the remnants of the Baltimore warehouse party scene in the mid-to-late-90s, Uncle Jesse is a duo of like-minded dudes that somehow thought naming themselves after a "Full House" character was a good idea. Obviously, these dudes really don't give af*ck. Clearly influenced by a wide variety of genres from Drum N Bass to Tech House to Baltimore Club and Breaks, Uncle Jesse describes themselves as equal parts Richie Hawtin, Scottie B, Bassment Jaxx, and Cajmere. On this release alone, the duo churns out 4 original tracks that sound not-a-thing like the last. The title track "Glen Tech" is a Tech-House-Meets-Bmore adventure that is as understated as it is powerful while "Wizzper" and "Bell Bounce" both illustrate the duo's ability to freak familiar samples into something completely new.
